Bucks County Road Trip: 2020 will certainly be a year to remember, even if many might wish to forget it!
As 2019 came to a close the world continued on it’s path of ever changing ideas, processes and the continual competition to keep up with the “newest”, “latest” and “greatest.
Then in early 2020 the entire world came to a halt as we grappled with a world-wide pandemic that forced most to retreat to the safety of their home.
As the month’s passed, we began to discover that what’s old is new again, and we find ourselves wondering why we abandoned these things in the first place.
When was the last time you had milk delivered to your door? Now many have rediscovered the joy. convenience and safety of this service. Fresh Eggs? yes please. Egg laying hens is a popular internet search this year. Drive-in movies had just about all vanished, but now they seem quite delightful and many are finding a new audience of viewers wishing to social distance while enjoying a good flick. With extra time on our hands, old tv shows made a comeback, as did “do it yourself” home improvement projects.
And of course road trips became the preferred way to vacation.

The Bridgeton House on the Delaware, located on the banks of the Delaware River in historic Bucks County, PA is an easy road trip from New York City, Philadelphia and the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
